Messaging Terms
ServiceNudge records separate service-response and optional follow-up-email choices. Automated email delivery is disabled by default.
Service-response consent
The HVAC service-request form asks for required consent to use the submitted information only to respond to that service request. Its current wording also says this is not consent to marketing or text messages.
“I agree that my information may be used only to respond to this HVAC service request. This is not consent to marketing or text messages.”
Optional follow-up email choice
The intake records a separate optional follow-up-email consent choice. It is distinct from the required consent for a service response. Contractors can configure an ordered email sequence and pause it for their company or an individual lead. Service-response consent alone does not authorize follow-up email.
Automated follow-up and current limits
Automated email delivery is disabled app-wide by default. While disabled, configured sequences do not send messages. If the owner later authorizes delivery and verifies the company sender in Polsia Email settings, scheduled email steps still require the separate follow-up-email consent and stop after an opt-out, pause, human takeover, appointment request, booking, or closure. Attempt history distinguishes provider acceptance, failure, suppression, and simulation. Provider acceptance does not confirm recipient delivery.
Contractors can configure consent-aware email follow-up sequences. Each homeowner must separately choose email follow-up, and app-wide delivery remains disabled until the owner authorizes the Polsia email proxy and verifies the sender. Automated response and qualification workflows are available in simulation; live SMS requires an approved messaging provider to be connected and verified. Each contractor can share a ServiceNudge booking page with real openings from its configured schedule; external calendar sync is not available.
Live SMS requires an approved messaging provider to be connected and verified.
Current intake wording records service-response consent and an optional follow-up-email choice; it excludes text-message consent. Any separate messaging program needs its own consent language and disclosures before it is enabled.
